Marther expresses why the reader needs to shed the mind or its primitive state and remove ideas and beliefs that limit your potential. This portion shows how the current mental state must change and that it's also a major obstacle in many peoples lives. She then expresses how to control / destroy your ego, or what you identify with in this physical that makes / solidify what you think you can or cannot do & have. "you must give up the life you have to get the life you deserve" The term STARLIGHT we are referencing a compos within that allows you to see a path or map towards becoming / having the things you want. So this state of thinking and

stage 2: Dreaming

This stage Marther explains a method to melt your ego, a method that will free the reader from the self made shackles and blockages that stop you from making your dreams a reality or even considering becoming a better person, stop an addiction or change your family's life. The possibilities are endless when you don't have a pre-defined structure of fears, issues and also desires that hold you back. when you do this you start to see dreams, because part of you will be operating on a subconscious level. She calls this seeing by NorthStar

Stage3: During to live your dream

So its been proven over and over again that people will always choose to be led than to lead, but for yourself now. This stage helps you remove the fear that is stopping you from realizing completing goals and reaching deadlines.

Testing destiny & direction:

  • One thing that's for sure is destiny is determined by how you feel internally, do you deserve what you want?, do you see yourself as having it in your reach? When do you think it must happen?
  • Martha is opening the understanding that how you feel internally is what will open the doors to getting what you want in your life.
  • She explains that one's brain will habitually point out the negative things when one attemtps to work towards goals and dreams, and she has seen this from her clients.
  • She explains how people and and opportunities will be attracted to someone who feels they deserve it as oposed to one who feels they want it but cannot reach.
  • The reader needs to open the dimension to feel deserving of certain things and also feel deserving to be with the people to be with the people they want.
  • She expresses how acting clingy towards people and things pushes them away from you.

Lizard Brain:

  • Martha helps us to give the root of our negative, fear or ignorance rooted thoughts a location and name in our brain helping us understand that its natural and we don't face it alone. This is the primitive part of our brain and it does this in the effort to save us from pain or death.
  • The lizard brain can be controlled, tamed, and this process if done correct will open you eyes to opportunities in your life that have been seeming inaccessible. portion of our mind will put effort in demotivating us to work towards something new or slightly abnormal.
  • The lizard brain will take situations "conversations and even opportunities" we experience seem like an attack or potential loss in some way, and in a way that means a part of you is your enemy.
  • She also outlined steps to gain control and calm the Lizard Brain.

steps to control Lizard Brain:

Lack & Attack Syndrome

  • Be aware that if you don't monitor your thoughts and ideas the lizard brain will root them from either lack or attack state of mind. That means you will be on survival mode all day.

  • Verify your thoughts hourly throughout your day and ensure that they come from abundance and confidence state of mind not lack.

  • Another root is fear of pain, loss, rejection or failure.

  • Understand & accepting this part of your mind will greatly open your eyes to life events.

Lizard Top Ten Tunes:

  • From the root of thought being 'Lack & Attack' comes certain thought current "regular" patterns that play in your mind like a negative song on repeat.

  • One needs to reflect, find these tunes and record them on a peace of paper and accept that internally you are having this conversation.

  • For most of us these are are learnt from some external experience, friends and parents & they can be unlearnt.

  • The steps to unlearn them is to reverse engineer, to be aware that they exit as first then push up.

  • Each time you play them in your head - be aware of it & the triggers that will make them play.

  • Be aware of things that put you in that trans of these tunes & make you stay there.

Name The Game:

  • Being aware of the Lizard, we come to a place where we give it a name & personalize detaching from us.

  • Each time the Lizard expresses itself with its tunes you gracefully thank it & put it to sleep.

Digging Out of the Dungeon:

  • This portion expresses how people feel trapped and without control in their lives.

  • The feeling of having no control doesn't come from situation but without.

  • It's one's thoughts about themselves that trap them from a reality they desire not circumstance.

  • All circumstance is born from one's idea 'referring to lack or abundance' about him/herself.

  • Breaking out of the dungeon is actually breaking out of a state of 'norm', mental and habitual norms to be exact.

  • The process of breaking out starts with discovering your self-limiting beliefs and what triggers negative self talk.

  • Then you go on to redefine yourself in a non-limiting fashion, telling a new story about you.

  • Once the new story about you has been made - start watching your mind for when it start playing the top tunes, watch yourself around the triggers that make you say self-limiting things & tell yourself the new story when ever you get triggered.
