They are:

  • Be impeccable with your word.
  • Don't take anything personally.
  • Don't make assumptions.
  • Always do your best.

1. Be impeccable with your word.:

Being impeccable with your word, encourages us to use our words wisely and always speak the truth. This means not making up stories or participating in gossip since that affects others around you negatively. Being meticulous with how we communicate is key to creating a healthy environment among ourselves!

2. Don't take anything personally:

Practicing the second agreement - "Don't take anything personally" can be quite a freeing experience when you understand that people's words and actions are usually just about them, not necessarily about you. This allows us to put our own ego aside so we don't get affected by external triggers. Live a little, be open to seeing the best out of what ever situation you are in. Don't let it break you - let is build you.

3. Don't make assumptions:

"Don't make assumptions," basically means not jumping the gun and coming up with your own conclusions. Making assumptions often puts you in a reality bubble that doesn't accurately reflect what is going on around you; it's better to ask others questions if unsure of something rather than just assuming so as not to get skewed results or be offensive!

4. Always do your best:

It's important to remember, that when you "Always do your best", the idea is not to place unrealistic expectations on yourself nor set yourself up for failure. Instead, it means giving each of your tasks full effort and attention - particularly those jobs which are essential in ensuring success or helping reach goals. Wasting time by doing anything less than what is required will only serve as a hindrance to achieving positive results.
